Inspired Life at Every Size encourages women of every size not to let the scale dictate her adventure in life. We provide weight loss and body acceptance coaching for women who want to enjoy life now and lose weight in the process. Our focus is weight loss motivation, body acceptance, and improving the quality of life for plus size women.
We have reclaimed and embraced the term Fat Girl. We believe if a woman chooses to love and accept her body just as it is or lose weight and create a completely new body, that is a decision to be made by each individual woman. Our products and services encourage women to accept where and who they are right now and to live a healthy life of freedom and adventure regardless, of body size.

Fat Girl Expert

I’m a weight loss strategist, not a nutritionist or fitness expert. I have been where you are, and I’ve gone through my own process of living an adventurous life at my highest weight, to losing 100lbs and keeping it off.

I want to help you put all of the pieces together and give you the straight truth, hard facts, tips, and techniques on how to be successful in the weight loss process or live an inspired life at your current weight.

About the Founder
Trenia Parham, Fat Girl Expert, has been an active fat girl her entire life. She's physically challenged herself in activities such as hiking, swimming, and dance choreography. Her Fat Girl mantra is "Don’t let the scale dictate your adventure". She also believes in leading a healthy, active lifestyle in conjunction with the idea that all women, regardless of size, deserve to live a life of power, style, and adventure.

Ms. Parham is also a women and girls advocate and culture critic. She has been passionate about the issues and rights of women and girls since before she was able to articulate such concepts, and boycotted a sexist gym teacher. Ms. Parham has traveled extensively throughout North and South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, learning, studying, and working with women and girls.

Ms. Parham obtained a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University. She currently lives in a quaint little studio, in New York City with her precocious cat Zoe.
